Who are we?
Like all great technology solutions BookNow Software was born out of necessity.
In 2014 Gravityforce broke ground and opened its doors as the UK's first trampoline park welcoming over 500,000 customers within its first year.
After trailing two different solutions over its early years the board decided to invest and build their own cloud based CRM and EPOS system designed with the customer in mind. This technology has been offered to the market as BookNow Software for the last 2 years.
What is next?
Over the last few years we have seen an exponential rise in trampoline parks around the globe, and right now they’re all coming face-to-face with elevated expectations around customer experience and more scrutiny than ever before. With increased competition from 3rd and 4th generation trampoline parks and other leisure facilities, some of the early adopters are yet to live out their first 3 year cycle.
